This week, YouGuang Summer Camp took students on a fun and educational field trip to Brooks Farms, giving them the opportunity to step outside the classroom and learn through real-world exploration.

Under the summer sunshine, the children explored the farm with excitement, observed crops up close, experienced farm life, and interacted with animals. Guided by their teachers, they discovered new things along the way and gained knowledge that could never come from textbooks alone.

A farm is more than a place to visit—it can also become a living classroom. Throughout the trip, students observed, asked questions, and made discoveries for themselves. These hands-on experiences encouraged curiosity while helping children develop observation skills, teamwork, and a stronger connection with the natural world. (有光中文学校)

At YouGuang Summer Camp, we believe that learning does not only happen in the classroom. Alongside structured Mandarin learning, we create opportunities for children to explore the world around them through engaging outdoor activities and field trips.
Each new environment offers something different to discover. By connecting learning with real-life experiences, we hope children can broaden their horizons, develop a love of exploration, and grow through both learning and play. (有光中文学校)

Every field trip is a new adventure, and every journey into nature can become a memorable part of a child’s growth.
Let every journey become part of growing up.
