Since the very first day YouGuang Chinese School was founded, we have offered a cancel-anytime refund policy.

This policy applies to all YouGuang Chinese School campuses, all programs, and all students, including regular Mandarin classes, enrichment programs, and summer camps.

If at any time a family feels that a program is no longer the right fit for their child, or needs to stop for any reason, they may request a refund.

We do not charge cancellation, refund, or processing fees.

✓ Unused Tuition Refunded

Tuition for all unused classes will be refunded.

✓ Refunds Processed Within 12 Hours

Once we receive a refund request, we process it within 12 hours.

We believe families should stay with YouGuang Chinese School because they value the learning experience—not because a refund policy makes it difficult to leave.
